Saw a heart-melting scene yesterday on the way home.

A lovely little girl of 3 or 4 rode her bike across the main road along with, I guess, her brothers. Her tiny little body, her smiling face, so adorable! Peddling on her bike with all her energy, she seemed to enjoy her ride immensely. What a good time she was having with her families or friends.

But I didn't see any adults accompanying them. Perhpas they were falling behind. It then occurred to me that it's kind of dangerous for these kids to ride across the crossroad all by themselves. I can almost imagine how the news reporter would accuse the parents of being careless and negligent.

No parents would like to see bad things happen to their beloved children. It's just that when seeing the lovable kids are having fun and smiling so brightly, a parent would be so gratified as to lose track of all the possible mishaps.

Every cloud has its silver lining. But seems to me it's actually--every silver lining is clouded, and shadowed.

It proves again I'm a pessimist to the core.

I'm on my period again

Not that kind of period that comes every month

But the period in which I'm in no mood to work

That's awful

Travis,I still did, unfortunately. I couldn't help it. Can I say that, or is it just an excuse?
